Freedom Is Not Free

Today is national freedom day and even though it's not about celebrating our freedom, but celebrating the ending of slavery I'm gonna dedicate this post to our Military. I feel like our men and women serving in the Military aren't really thanked enough for their service, so I personally want to thank them for everything that they do. I feel that some people don't really realize how much they do for us every day weather it's over seas or on a Military base here in the states or in another country. I found out that we have over 800 Military bases in over 70 countries across the world. Also many people don't realize that our Military helps us stop cyber attacks and multiple other things that we rarely  hear about or see unless you work for the Military. Our Military deserve the hugest thanks for our freedom. Some people think that our freedom is actually free, but it's not because several men and women die everyday fighting for our freedom, so this proves that freedom isn't free somebody pays for it everyday.
I want to give one last thanks to our Military. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO HAS SEVERED IN OUR MILITARY AND TO EVERYONE WHO IS SERVING IN OUR MILITARY!!!

One of the questions most people ask me is , "How was Whittier discovered?". In this post I will be telling you about the history if Whittier.      Whittier was discovered by the U.S Military during World War 2.  The Military thought it was the perfect place to have a base because when enemy planes were flying overhead they would not be able to see down below because of the cloud coverage Whittier gets. Soon after Whittier was established they decided that they needed a non water way passage to get supplies back and forth between places, so they got two teams together and sent one team to the other side of one of the mountains and they started mining until both teams met up in the middle of the mountain.
